The Zone is a digital health company that is reimagining access to mental wellness support for sports organizations and their athletes.

As Head of Content, my mission is to provide the student athlete a custom content journey that enriches, stabilizes and improves their mental well-being. From immersive video, engaging podcasts, articles and motion graphics, I am charged with crafting the vision and library of content to serve our audience.
